What courses do you offer?
We offer two courses and one added value service for Texas Drivers. Our Texas Education Agency-approved Defensive Driving course is designed to help Texas drivers with:
- Traffic Ticket Dismissal
- Insurance Discount
- Seat Belt Violation.
Teens Drivers Education course is for Parent-Taught Drivers Ed and it too is approved by the Texas Education Agency. In addition, we also offer certified Texas Drivers Record.

Course Information
How do I start the course?
To start the course, all you need to do click on the "Registration" button. You will be guided through the simple registration process. If you are taking our course to have your traffic ticket dismissed, you will need to know what county and court issued the ticket. This information is located on the return address of the copy of the ticket you received in the mail. You will also need to provide personal information, including your mailing address, driver's license number, and license plate number.
How long will it take me to complete this course?
Like all TEA approved courses in the State of Texas, our course takes at least 6 hours to complete. Once you sign up with us you will have 180 days to complete your course. You can come and go as you please. If you want to do the whole course in 1 day that is also fine. You set the schedule.
Do I have to do it all in one day?
One of the key benefits of our online traffic school is the flexibility you'll have in fitting the course into your schedule. Our course is designed so you can start and stop as often as you like and study only when you have the time. You can even do one lesson at a time if you prefer. And since it is 100% online, the course is always available 24/7.
How do I know this course is right for me?

What happens if I fail the final exam?
While it is unlikely that you'll fail the final exam, it does occasionally happen. The state allows you three chances to pass the course. We do not charge for additional attempts. You may also log back onto our course and review any course material you wish before retaking the final exam.

What does your course fee include?
Our course fee includes everything from taking the course to delivering you your Certificate of Completion. Our standard delivery (US Postal Service) is free of charge and is sufficient for a majority of our students. However, if you require express delivery, we offer several low cost options. Either way, we're confident that you'll find our prices to be the lowest on the Internet.
What about hidden fees?
We will never charge you hidden fees or tack on fine print pricing. In other words, what we advertise on our website is exactly what you pay - no hidden costs what so ever!

How Can I Pay for the Course?
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Pay online using major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- Pay online using debit cards that have a Visa or Mastercard logo on them.

How do I know if you have received my payment?
Once your payment is received we send an email that verifies your payment. In addition, you may also call our customer service center at 1-800-990-2813 to check on your payment status.
Is it safe to use my credit card over the internet?
To ensure your identity and payment information is not compromised our site is secured by RapidSSL, which means we protect all payment transactions and personal data using state of the art encryption technology. Course Completion Information
What are the requirements for successful completion?
Completing the course is simple. You must:
- Finish the full 6-hour course
- Pass the simple, multiple choice quizzes
- Score a 70% or better on the final exam
And from time to time, you will be presented with "personal validation questions" that you must answer correctly to proceed. This is a state requirement.
What kind of proof will I have to show I completed the course?
Every course graduate receives a Certificate of Completion which you must in turn, provide to the court. Finish the course by 3 p.m. Central Standard Time and we'll send your Certificate to you that same day.

Certificate Delivery Options
What options do I have for my certificate delivery?
Your Certificate of Completion is always processed the same-day you complete the course to ensure you meet all your deadlines. Pick up for deliveries is by 3 PM PST.
We always offer FREE standard shipping through the US Post Office. Standard mail usually takes 2 to 5 days depending on the destination. However, if you need express delivery, we have low priced options including:
- Two-Day Express Delivery
- Overnight Afternoon Delivery
- Overnight Morning Delivery
In addition, some courts require that your Certificate of Completion be sent directly to the court. Other courts require it to be faxed, mailed or emailed. When you register you will be notified of a required certificate delivery.
I need another copy of my certificate. How do I get one?
If you have lost your certificate or it contains incorrect information, you may contact us to request another copy of the certificate. Please call us call us toll-free at 1-800-990-2813.

Insurance Reduction
Can I receive an auto insurance discount for completing this course?
While most insurance carriers offer their customers a discount after completing our course, a few do not. So please check with your insurance carried to see prior to taking our course. As a general rule however, Texas insurance companies offer between 10% to 15% auto insurance discount for completing our defensive driving school

Expiration and Refund Information
Will my course expire?
Yes. You have 180 days after registration to complete your course. After 180 days, your registration will no longer be considered active.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied so we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You must request the refund within 30 days of signing up and prior to taking the course's final exam. If you used a credit card to make your payment, we will need that credit card number for refunding. Only the same credit card you used to purchase the course can be used for your refund. Personal checks and money orders will be refunded by company check.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of the effective date of termination. If you have not successfully completed the course within 180 days, your registration will be cancelled automatically and you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you are thinking of requesting a refund because you feel you will be unable to complete the course before your due date, you may want to contact your court to see about an extension before giving up. Remember that we have express delivery options and many courts will accept postmarks as completion proof or offer grace periods. In addition, you may want to ask the court if they will accept a faxed copy of your certificate until the original is received.
